As a small family run business we strive to produce and dispatch orders as quickly and safely as possible:
For Prints: Production is up to 5 working days then an estimated delivery in New Zealand is within 3-7 business days.
Australia delivery is within 5 to 10 business days. Australia delivery time is 5 to 10 business day.
Please note that turnaround times may be longer than stated: after a sale, in the lead up to Christmas, and over the Christmas holiday period, and when we take a holiday/vacation.

Returns
We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" due to the nature of our product.
However, if your item was damaged during delivery, we will happily replace it. To be eligible for a return and exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging with seals intact. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, notify us within 3 days of receiving your item by emailing hello@tinyhaven.co.nz. After we approve your return request, you have 10 days to return the item.
The cost to return the item to us will be at the customer's expense (and the original shipping fee is non-refundable)
Exchanges outside the above time frame will not be accepted.
