Will the decals damage my walls?

Nope!! Our stickers are made from high quality, premium materials that won't leave any sticky residue and doesn't peel paint. It's prefer for renters or those who love switching up your décor without the fuss.

Should I clean my walls first?

Definitely! grubby hands, dust, dirt can actually weaken the sticker and potentially cause them to fall (we don't want that!) Even if the walls look clean, it doesn't hurt to give them a quick wipe to ensure a perfect stick. Better safe than an oopsie!

How do you install the wall decals?

It's SO easy!

1. Prepare

Clean wall with a damp cloth and leave to dry, ensure surface is dry. AVOID chemical cleaners as it can effect the adhesives. Walls must be free from dust, grease, oils. Surface must be smooth as they will not adhere to textured surfaces (rough concrete, rendered or brick wall).

2. Apply and Adjust

With clean hands, peel the decal on the sheet of paper. Position your decal and adjust where tickles your fancy! Check out our handy and super easy prep and apply guide here x

3. Ta-da! Let's Admire and Enjoy!

Don't forget to share your styles with us on Instagram @tinyhavenco If a bubble appears over the days following your installation, pressing and lightly smoothing can remove it. This can occasionally happen if oil, dirt or dust is on your surface

Hot tip: For smaller sheets (A3 or A4 size) try not to place them too close to each other on the wall. They look their best when they are about 30cm apart.

Hot tip 2.0: Make sure to keep your backing sheet the stickers come on, so you can take them with you if you move house or if your little one's taste changes!

I'm moving house, can I take them with me?

You sure can! The stickers are super easy to move around. Hot tip: remember to keep your backing sheet so you can transport them easily.

When will I receive my order?

As a small family run business we strive to produce and dispatch orders as quickly and safely as possible.

For Decals: Production is between 5- 7 working days then an estimated delivery in New Zealand is within 3-7 business days.

For Prints: Items which need to be printed in-house, production is up to 5 working days then an estimated delivery in New Zealand is within 3-7 business days.

Australia delivery is within 5 to 10 business days.

Please note that turnaround times may be longer than stated: after a sale, in the lead up to Christmas, and over the Christmas holiday period, and when we take a holiday/vacation.  

What are your decals made of?

Thanks for asking! Our decals are made from a magical material Fabric Polyester. This NON-PVC, NON-TOXIC adhesive is not only super durable but also eco-friendly and safe for your walls. It's easy to stick on and peel off without leaving any residue, making it perfect for creating a fun, creative space for your little ones. You should try it 😉

Can I order decal/sticker sample?

How much is shipping?

Tiny Haven is located in Auckland, New Zealand and all orders placed via tinyhaven.co.nz will be sent from our Auckland base. Shipping costs within New Zealand is $9.99, extra for rural deliveries - see cost at checkout.

NZ: Free Shipping on orders over $150(NZD)

When will I receive my order?

As a small family run business we strive to produce and dispatch orders as quickly and safely as possible.

For Decals: We package our products within 1-2 working days after order confirmation then delivery is generally overnight (give or take!)

For Physical Prints: Items which need to be printed in-house, production is up to 5 working days then an estimated delivery in New Zealand is generally overnight.

Australia delivery is within 5 to 10 business days.

Please note that turnaround times may be longer than stated: after a sale, in the lead up to Christmas, and over the Christmas holiday period, and when we take a holiday/vacation (a Fiji holiday sounds nice right about now).

Can I refund my order?

We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" due to the nature of our product.

However, if your item was damaged during delivery, we will happily replace it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging with seals intact. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, notify us within 3 days of receiving your item by emailing hello@tinyhaven.co.nz. After we approve your return request, you have 10 days to return the item.

The cost to return the item to us will be at the customer's expense (and the original shipping fee is non-refundable)

 Exchanges outside the above time frame will not be accepted.
