Shipping & Returns
As a small family run business we strive to produce and dispatch orders as quickly and safely as possible.
For Prints: All our prints and printed on-demand, production is up to 2-3 working days
For Decals: Unless the wall decals are under pre-order, these are on-hand and will be shipped once your order has been made.
Delivery times:
Domestic New Zealand Shipping:
We aim to get items out generally 1-2 working days if the order is decals only, otherwise up to 7 working days if the order includes prints (particularly personalised prints). Your order is shipped with NZ Post and tracking details will be automatically emailed to you once your order has been packed.
Shipping takes 1-3 working days but from time to time shipping can be delayed due to courier time frames.
Once it has left our premises we can't be responsible for delivery times. We will however try our best to communicate these to you if we can at the time.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide and ship with NZ Post. Timeframes vary from country to country and can be up to 10-30 days. Tracking details will be sent via email once order is dispatched.
Please be aware that international orders may attract customs duties. Please check with your local customs authority for further information prior to placing an order. We take no responsibility in any way for duties and additional charges imposed on your order.
Additional info
Please note that turnaround times may be longer than stated: after a sale, in the lead up to Christmas, and over the Christmas holiday period, and when we take a holiday/vacation.
We use a non-signature required, tracked service as our standard service. This means that the courier will leave your package in a safe place and you do not have to been home to receive the package. If you do require signature you can select this at the check-out at an additional cost.
Please ensure you type the correct address, if a package gets sent back to us due to incorrect address additional postage fees will apply.

Refunds
We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" due to the nature of our product.
However, if your item was damaged during delivery, we will happily replace it. To be eligible for a return and exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging with seals intact. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, notify us within 3 days of receiving your item by emailing hello@tinyhaven.co.nz. After we approve your return request, you have 10 days to return the item.
The cost to return the item to us will be at the customer's expense (and the original shipping fee is non-refundable)
Exchanges outside the above time frame will not be accepted.
