Production & Shipping Information

As a small family run business we strive to produce and dispatch orders as quickly and safely as possible.

For Decals: Production is between 5- 7 working days then an estimated delivery in New Zealand is within 3-7 business days.

For Prints: Items which need to be printed in-house, production is up to 5 working days then an estimated delivery in New Zealand is within 3-7 business days.

Australia delivery is within 5 to 10 business days.

Australia delivery is within 5 to 10 business days.

Please note that turnaround times may be longer than stated: after a sale, in the lead up to Christmas, and over the Christmas holiday period, and when we take a holiday/vacation.  

Tiny Haven is located in Auckland, New Zealand and all orders placed via tinyhaven.co.nz will be sent from our Auckland base. Shipping costs within New Zealand is $9.99, for rural address' this is currently $10.50. Please see delivery costs at checkout for Australia orders.

We use a non-signature required, tracked service as our standard service. This means that the courier will leave your package in a safe place and you do not have to been home to receive the package.
